Captain Soderstrom, LPC, (they/them) offers online counseling from an affirming, culturally sensitive, inclusive perspective. Serves individuals or relationship partners of any kind struggling with their sense of wellbeing or who wish to deepen their understanding of themselves. No topics are off limits – you can bring your whole, authentic self to sessions. They believe that your care should be compassionate and collaborative, and that you are the expert on you. They will work with you to help develop therapy goals that are truly, uniquely yours. They firmly believe that you are worthy of respect, empathy, & acceptance, and look forward to crafting your mental health journey together!

Dedicated to serving ALL youth who need mentors. We know that LGBTQ+ youth face extremely high risks of bullying, depression, and homelessness, and often lack a support system. All young people - regardless of sexual orientation or gender identification require and deserve safe and affirming environments and relationships to flourish.
